
David Benjamin Redlich
With over fifteen years in the hospitality industry, David has an extensive understanding of the industry and has continued his education beyond his hospitality management degree to ensure he is able to provide expert advice for beer, wine, and spirits. He will act as manager of the Craft Beer Brothers store and be responsible for front end operations, staffing and training, inventory, and coordinating events.
In a previous restaurant & bar management position, David played a major role in the organization and management of events such as beer festivals and tastings in addition to his daily responsibilities of managing and training a staff of 15, inventory, and keeping liquor costs consistent at approximately 17%. He has also worked as assistant manager for the Middletown Bottle King, a store with a sales volume of over $9 million annually. During this time, he was responsible for all beer ordering, sales display and signage creation, and beer product recommendations. The relationships David has cultivated with distributors and breweries will help facilitate the arrangement and execution of Craft Beer Brothers events. His experience in the industry will ensure that the day to day operations of Craft Beer Brothers will be successful, efficient, and profitable.
Theodore will be responsible for backend operations and financials. With a degree in computer and systems engineering, Theodore will all be responsible for website development, POS systems maintenance, and security systems maintenance.
